Really, really need your help!

I know, I’m asking a lot of you this weekend — 2 visitor interactive events in one day! So, for this one, I am wondering, which of the 6 images below fill you (the viewer) with the most sense of mysterious dread? And if that feeling doesn’t come across – -let me know! Please just choose one — I can’t decide! (And if you haven’t participated in a while, please do so now! You don’t have to put a lengthy explanation or anything, just write down the number!)

    Well, since you really, really need our help…. I say #4. I think the cropping gives it an almost claustrophobic feeling. It’s as though there are things lurking beyond but we can’t see what they are at all.

    Not sure any of then truly bring out “dread” but I would vote 4.

    I think #1 deff. It has the most initial impact. .. the others seem a bit filtered down.

    #5! Because the black field takes up the left side and everything seems more closed in. I actually like the white space b/c it creates contrast to the dark sense of dread!! Like there’s light at the end of the tunnel but you can’t get there….aaahhhh!!!!

    P.S. Get in touch with Tj – he wants to buy something!!!

    Sue: Seems to be becoming a popular choice — I’m leaning toward #4 because I think the blurriness of the ‘main character’ on the right makes it more creepy (but that’s just me)

    Gaz: Concur with you I do.

    Big Guy: Famous pirate, huh? Very curious to see what that has to do with this. . .

    Jessica: You make a strong case for numero cinco (I will try calling or texting TJ tomorrow!)

    Big Guy: So, you’re a big proponent for number 5 as well. Hmmm. . .

    Wig: #1 must be a Bewighouse thing! And just so everyone knows, praise isn’t always coveted on this blog-site, yet it is never frowned upon either. I’m just looking for some honest opinions on the stuff that I call artwork! I think the chanting is a good idea, though, gets everyone into the spirit of things!
