Thanks, Mom!

Ward: Uh. . .I don't know what to say. I was pretty much bullshitting in my response to Kyra. Although there is a book (that I am reading and it is pretty cool) called Consciousness Explained by Daniel Dennett, but there is no Algorithm of Consciousness (yet). But, I am certainly glad that it inspired some philosophical retrospection on your part (unless you are simply bullshitting me back!)

Sue: Thanks for the compliments Sue! I'll try to refrain from sharing my opinions from now on! And please see my response to Ward's comment (above).

Dave, I kind of agree with Sue as far as your own pesonal comments; but in this case I'm glad you did: Mentioning Daniel Tennett rang a bell in my brain, so I did some memory research. After reading more of his stuff, I realized a little more where you are coming from: "out there" in a complimentary way. Keep up your own message. I have no problem with your comments....in some ways they may actually help me appreciate your work. I love to discuss
any artists work with the artist.

Dave, I think you should withhold your personal comments about your work when you are asking for our opinion. What, am I going to do, totally diss a print you call "a favorite"? I think not. As far as the other comments posted, I'm apparently not well read enough because I have no idea what any of you are talking about! I'm with 'Mom' on this one...I continue to be impressed by all of your interesting prints.

"Philosophers have a hard time figuring out what I am saying and what I am denying. My refusal to play ball with my colleagues is deliberate of course, since I view the standard Philosophical terminology as worse than useless - a major obstacle to progress since it consists of so many errors"

Kyra: It is actually based on The Algorithm of Consciousness set forth by Daniel Dennett in the book, 'Consciousness Explained.'
