Part One. . .

. . .of a three part drawing series titled ‘Altruism with -1/2 Spin’ intended to become a three-flip lenticular print installation. You’ll have to come check out my thesis exhibition at the end of February to see how it all turns out!

    Looks like an orgy gone wild. Three parts – 1/2 spin, shouldn’t it be 1/3 spin assuming the other two are parts are spins too or maybe it’s a different spin on things which i won’t get until parts 2 and 3 are published. Kep spinning!

    Mom: And if you come in February – you will see the rest of it! (Barring any unforeseen circumstances, that is)

    Dad: I think once you see all the parts put together it will make a little more sense, at least from a purely visual standpoint. The -1/2 spin relates to subatomic particles and their spins. Some have positive one-half spins, some have negative, some have whole 1 spin — its really weird, highly unfathomable, but really cool!

    Ward: I like that: ‘a mass of muscle bound muscles all bound up!’ Very poetic and fits nicely into my usual attempts at expressing the infinite!
